Anyone out there use a "buzz management tool"? such as buzzstream? Which do you recommend? I am trying to find some alternatives to Buzzstream, I found one a few days ago but completely forgot the name. I remember the examples it had used Nike as reference for Buzz.

Hope you guys can give me a hand!

Thanks.

Radian6, BuzzCapture and Salesforce are good ones(offering more than an overview of mentions), but not cheap. There are probably a lot more tools, but the market isn't really stable so it's hard to find good and affordable alternatives. Good luck!

Other names I found: Trackur, Cymphony, Techrigy

Radian6 provides quality service. I enjoyed my experience with them while looking into "Buzz Management Tools." Customer service is a product in itself, too often overlooked nowadays.

Bob,

I'm one of the developers at BuzzStream. If you want more info about the product or if you want feedback from other customers, just let me know and I'll point you to one of the business guys.

ScoutLabs, a company Lithium just purchased, is pretty good. If you're comfortable with the Google Analytics way of presenting data, then it's a very easy to use/setup and manage tool. Not sure what Lithium will do with it now, though.
