WCF dependency on HTTP Filter - what to do with Win 2008 server?

We had the same problem described here. we implemented the same solution of having a dependency on HTTPFilter.

We recently tried to install on Windows 2008 - it appears the HTTPFilter service is not available there, so our service will not start.

What should we do on Windows 2008? Do we need to add a dependency on another service? Which?
