Review host system privilages assigned to SQL Server 2008 DBA account

Hi,

Is there a way to check if the SQL Server 2008 windows login with sysadmin previlages have other host system (windows 2003) previages on the system...? Is there a way to use TSQL to find this? or what are the other options avaliable to verify this??
