The Xming license and website states that Xming can't be commercially used without buying a dedicated license.
However, I can't find any license on the patches used to build the application and the licensing seems to only apply to Xming Website Releases.
So, I wonder if I can rebuild Xming from source and freely use the resulted binary and ship it in a commercial product?
