Sharepoint 2007 Page Viewer webpart - autoscroll to webpart?

Question

We have a Page Viewer webpart setup to display our Out of Office public folder calendar from Exchange. This is the URL the webpart is setup to point to:

http://<servername>/owa/?cmd=contents&module=publicfolders&f=<foldername>/<foldername>/<foldername>/<foldername>/Calendars/out%20of%20office&part=1&view=Daily

...We noticed that our page automatically scrolls down to this webpart every time we load the page. Almost like there is an anchor attached to it or something. This is undesirable.

Does anyone know why this particular webpart might behave this way? Can this be avoided?
