using anonymous proxies for parsing strategy?

Dear all,

I have a project which parse data in the betting site, sometime it banned my IP, and It's too slow to parse, could anyone show me list of proxies site so that I can parse.

Sometime my client come form Vietnam, sometime from US, so I need proxies not only for speeding but also for banning ip.
