How can I run the AMFPHP browser to test remote services?

I have some AMFPHP services installed on a server that I don't control. I'd like to do some manual test calls of these services and check what results I get back, but since I can't install the AMFPHP browser I'm at a bit of a loss.

Is there a desktop (Mac OS) client for AMF services? Can I configure a local AMFPHP browser to run against remote AMF services?
