I tried to make one.
It is extremely faster than ODBC.but there is only one problem.
I cannot determine if a row is deleted or not.

1I had seen another version of this table.but there wasn't anything about the "*".

I had to deal with the structure ages ago for other reasons, and had saved the file detailing the format because it was hard to find. Lucky I did, I guess. :-)
