when I integrating with FedEx shipping provider and send float weight then its getting error ?

when I integrating with FedEx shipping provider and send float weight then its getting error ?

For Eg. when I send 1 LB weight then its working fine but when I send 1.1 LB then Its not working.

This is used wsdl method to get the ship rate from the FedEx.
