Are there any schools that have programs focusing on Augmented Reality and Computer Vision?

Florida Institute of Technology has a Computer Vision abd Bio-Inspired Laboratory. If you are interested in Computer Science and studying Computer Vision, you should contact Eraldo Ribeiro. You normally don't specialize in Computer Vision as a Bachelors, and usually as an advanced degree program in Masters or PhD.

The University of Canterbury (in Christchurch, New Zealand) has the HIT Lab NZ which is the Human Interface Technology Laboratory New Zealand.

The Human Interface Technology Laboratory New Zealand (HIT Lab NZ) is developing and commercializing technology that improves human computer interaction and by doing so unlocks the power of human intelligence.

The HIT Lab NZ conducts research with new emerging technologies such as Augmented Reality, Next Generation Video Conferencing, Immersive Visualization and Perceptual User Interfaces. Interaction Design techniques are used to adapt these technologies to the needs of end users and solve real world problems.
