There doesn't appear to be a collection of syntax highlighting themes for the IDLE IDE on the web. However, the documentation for IDLE indicates that changing the syntax highlighting colors is trivial, you might want to see about creating color themes yourself.

I would recommend downloading syntax highlighting themes for other applications and using those color decisions to create your own IDLE color configurations. I found a desert theme on the Ubuntu forums that you could use as a reference. Themes for MonoDevelop (and other editors based on the popular GTK widget) provide their colors in the popular HTML color format used by IDLE and are a quick copy-and-paste away from a new IDLE theme.

After an evening of trying out themes, you should consider publishing them online to provide as a resource for others.
