Is there a Yellow Pages (411) API available?

Do the Yellow Pages (more specifically Canada 411) have an API for searches? Any other company that has mined the information would be fine too.

I was having a chat with someone yesterday about their business. He told me every time he starts a specific construction project he must notify every residential address within a certain radius of the new site. He has to lookup the addresses manually now. If the Yellow Pages or a similar company had an API I could make the process alot easier.

I recognize the potential for abuse so it is no wonder I am not finding something just by a few searches. Has anyone had to do something similar? Who would I contact to get more information?

I have used this API for clients in the past. It does not always have the most updated information but does the trick for the reasons I use it for.
