Is there a website like Stackoverflow that specializes in code review? I always have code that needs to be reviewed. Is there a specialized website for that?

But I think you'll find it tough to get good advice. Better to ask here, about specific things, and learn that way (also, just hanging around here and viewing/answering questions will definitely help).
