Hi, I have many pdf files, i need to maintain all pdf files in any free tool with bookmark option.
i.e If i bookmark a page with Name and when i click that bookmark "Name", Respected pdf need to be open and show the bookmarked page.

Okular keeps bookmarks. But thats mostly just for KDE/Linux. You can get a port for windows and mac but I've heard that takes some work.

Preview on Mac OS X has this feature, if you're on a Mac. Just open your pdf, scroll to the page you want, and go to Bookmarks -> Add Bookmark. It'll remember the page.
