Error installing iKernel.exe

Question

Has anybody come across this problem during an application install?

• OS is Windows Server 2k3

I do have local Admin access and I have installed this application on other machines. Any help much appreciated, Google isn't helping much

Looks like an InstallShield problem. Have your contacted the vendor? Is that the exact error message? What about taking a look at the installer log file?

Thanks for the pointer, I'll dig around for the installer log file. Knowing it's related to InstallShield is handy!
