I'm working on a web application that uses wysihat to let the user edit a large textarea.

I wanted a WYSIWYG text editor that was easily customized, and one of the customizations I was hoping to make was having a keyboard shortcut (I was thinking command/control + L) turn the current line into a heading. I can add buttons to do this easily enough, but I want to tie those buttons to a keyboard command, and I haven't got the slightest clue how to do that even with this.

If anyone's worked with wysihat before, or knows of another rich text editor for the browser that more easily allows this, please let me know.

Thank you!
