Insufficient permissions for setting the configuration property 'checkCertificateName'

Hi Friends,

I have hosted my web site on go-daddy with shared hosting plan.when i am trying to browse any page which content logic to send email i get below error

Insufficient permissions for setting the configuration property 'checkCertificateName'

But page without the send email logic working fine

so any can help me to resolve this issue
