Hi

Is there a nice online web 2.0 bug tracking software that allows users to:

  1. Create a Bug / Feature
  2. Vote on the above
  3. Admins assign a cost to implement
  4. Users have the ability to donate to get the bug / feature implemented

Once the money has been raised then the job can be done.

Cheers

Ian

StackOverflow kinda does this, but the money is reputation points.

That request doesn't belong here but it's a nice idea nonetheless - why don't you code it yourself? =)

There are some pretty nice StackExchange clones being developed, maybe you could adapt one.

Stack Overflow is totally different than a Bug Tracking tool. But with tweaking it could be turned into a very nice one.Why doesn't this question belong here though?

@Ian: Doesn't seem to be a programming problem, more of a software request. Anyway it would be nice to have such a tool, if you ever write one let me know. BTW, I'll edit my post shortly, take a look.

True - although its very closely related to the development cycle. I will think about coding something - but I am sure something is out there already :)

Just came across BountySource, read the Wikipedia entry.
