I would like to create a report document, i could take in mind your suggestions.
The idea is that i need to use a background image where this is the design form and on this (image - form paper) i want to put fields on specific locations. I am beginner on reporting and printing. Could this created using a picture box and making it as large as an A4 paper size? Is this a correct approach? How would you implement something like that? The data coming from Linq to Sql Data Access Layer. As i have seen so far, the Reporting tools are not supporting IEnumerable as datasource...so i need to create dataset? Load all EntitySet and EntityRef with eager loading while passing them to the dataset for the report?
I'd love couple of hints on this path.
