NetBeans error [IDE cat recognize whether the server has been started..] ?

I have a local folder with a JBoss 4.0 that i would like to hook up into NetBeans. I configured the sever, but when I start the server I get an error message saying that 'IDE cat recognize whether the server has been started...'

I checked and the server is started, any solution on how to tackle this? It also takes forever to launch the server.

I am using NetBeans 6.7.1 and Jboss 4.0.5.
