What new features in java 7 is going to be implemented? And what are they doing now?

Note: I haven't put a list here as I believe it's still in flux.
Alex Miller's Java 7 site seems to be one which keeps up-to-date pretty well. (It's far from definite, as far as I can tell.) He also publishes a Java 7 link blog. I've never found the official JDK 7 site particularly useful for news, although obviously it's the place to get snapshots from.
Unfortunately it looks like some of the features I'd like most - in particular closures - may not be in there :(
