Suggest A IP Geolocation API

Question

I've been googling around for a IP Geolocation API and have come up with a lot of 'shonky' looking ones (i.e. inaccurate ones or ones that look like they might not be around for long).

Are you guys able to suggest a accurate and trustworthy IP Geolocation API service? I would prefer a free one, but I wouldn't mind paying a fee if they are a company that will be around doing what they do best rather than some guy who downloaded a IP database, started up a $5 website trying to make money from google ad clicks.

A open-source community one would be great as well, but I'd prefer to go one which has a strong community base and hence will unlikely disappear after a few weeks or months.

Few days ago i too faced the same problem, I too cant find proper geological location, but later my friend suggested me to check,link text I did, it worked for me, the site gives us details like Ip to domain, Domain to Ip, ping test, it may help you too..
