I'm unable to connect to the SVN repository through subclipse: the login dialog box pops up, I enter my credentials, which I know work, since I can put them in through a web browser or at the command line, and then it simply resets the dialog. I see no "authorization failed" or "incorrect password" kind of messages (no messages of any kind, until I cancel out) in the console.
I reset the eclipse credentials cash, and I changed to SVNKit, but every time I get the same behavior. I don't even know what the right search terms for this bug are!
