revealing user's true WAN ip address using tomcat ssi

Hi. I read in some forum that the true ip address of the user can be revealed by using tomcat SSI technology. can someone please provide any information regarding the subject? how does it work?

I'm still having problems understand what tomcat SSI is.

using apache-tomcat 6.

I'm not trying to find his LAN ip. I'm trying to find his correct WAN ip address.
