I have an Information Systems BS and have about 2 yrs experience so far as a software developer. I really enjoy CS and the theory behind it and this is the reason I have been looking into some sort of CS masters program. I am unsure if I would go for a Ph.D but I'd like to keep that option open if possible. However, I recently applied and got accepted into a MBA program because I thought it would be the "best" option. I enjoy the technical aspect of the field and wouldn't mind moving into management in the future. I've also read many times over and over that people with MBAs are a dime a dozen and its worth next to nothing unless I go to a "top school". Oh and I also see that another possible choice would be to go for a MS in Management Information Systems (MIS). I still find it hard to avoid wanting to go for CS, but I don't know how practical it may be.

I don't know if you want to hear this or not, but you don't seem like a good candidate for continuing education. You don't mention that you are looking forward to a life in research. Go and do whatever you want to do in life, a masters or Ph.D is just putting it off. You don't need an MBA to be a manager. It's all about your courage. Do what you love and educate yourself along the way.
