freeradius radacct table AcctStartTime and AcctStopTime recordings is wrong

Question

I am running freeradius -V 2.1.0 on Ubuntu and it was working perfect until now. It used to work like this... when a user connect to internet it puts a current time on AcctStartTime column and null value on AcctStopTime column of radaccts table, and when a user logs out then it updates the null column(AcctStopTime) with the current time. BUT now when a user connect it puts an AcctStartTime and AcctStopTime at the same time while the user is still login.

I am running this radius on 3 sites, 2 of them are still working fine BUT the 3rd is giving this run-time error, and there was no update that was done.

I am thinking maybe the problem is in Mikrotic <===> Radius
