Easy Rundown, Comprehensive phpDocumentor Tutorial?

I find the one available at the website to be very overwhelming for a newbie at this. Is there a better tutorial out there, one that takes it a little slower, instead of throwing 3 long php source files at you?

I started using phpDocumentor a couple of months ago... I found out that the system itself is good but the sources tutorials provided (sample1.php, sample2.php, sample3.php in tutorials/phpDocumentor/examples) are really outdated compared to the tutorial/help online.

I'd say stick with the examples provided in the online help and ask questions here when not sure!
