How can I load and play a cdg file (karaoke)

I am searching for a way to load and play karoke files "cdg" The loading part is easy the difficult part is interpreting the byte array that i get after loading the file...

I created a CDG player for my finaly year university project and unfortunately the link Radu posted is the best documentation. The parts you will find hardest is understanding from this documentation are scroll copy and scroll preset, so I would definitely try to find some open source reference code for this.
