VS2010 - Toolbox Drag-And-Drop in custom Language Service/Editor

Hi,

My questions are:

1: Is Drag-And-Droping Toolbox controls (for example WPF controls) in a custom Language (Service) TextView possible?

2: Would I need a custom editor?
