I have a very simple SSI to include a footer on an HTML page. When I edit/upload files using NetBeans the SSI does not execute. If I open/save said files in another editor (e.g. cPanel editor, TextWrangler, Notepad++) it works just fine. I was thinking it might be related to the encoding of the file, but haven't had any luck resolving the issue.
