intel gma x4500 driver error

Hi I recently upgraded to mobo with an x4500 onboard gfx card from one with an onboard ATI Radeon 200m.
After installing the new driver i keep getting a blue screen with the error PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA having something to do with the file win32k.sys

Any fixes? I'm using xp64
