I know there's a lot out there on startups. I listen to a few startup podcasts, and have been reading some books on startups (I just finished Founders at Work), but I'm looking for some more information specifically on web startups, and even more specifically, on web startups that provide a services or transactions, such as Mint, PayPal or Orbitz (I know those aren't startups anymore).

I'm also looking to get more into the specifics of things, such as how to write a business model for a web-based company, what to expect in terms of funding, whether or not you should take funding, how to do market research, etc.

Basically, I want more resources like this great talk from the Mint founder, along the same topic, and with the same level of granularity. Books are nice, but podcasts and videos are preferred.

I've got the high overhead view, now I'm ready to get my hands dirty.

OnStartups is pretty good. Not strictly software, but many of the posts revolve around software.
