Obtaining IP-based latitude and longitude with web API

Which services do you know with which you can obtain latitude and longitude given the IP? Thanks in advance!

once you get the city/ country from IP querying some webservice you can use google GeoCoder to get lat/lng

You can obtain inexpensive databases from http://www.maxmind.com/app/ip-location to do this - they also provide a free IP-to-country database too.
