hi..
conducting a broad search for an "open source" php web based app that allows for a basic workflow process for moving docs from one user to the next, based on the role/access control of the user.
the idea, is that a doc can be submitted to the site. a user who's assigned a roleA for the doc is notified that the doc is ready.. the user processes the doc, selects that he's finished with it, and the system then notifies the next user who's signed up as roleB... and so on.
i'm looking for a php app the has the basic workflow/admin stuff. i'm willing modify the app for my needs, but i'd rather not rewrite something from scratch if it already exists..
i've done the 'net search, as well as the freshmeat/sourceforge, as well as hitting the various IRC shats...
so, if you know of something that meets what i've described, i'd like to know!!!
