save png image with custom quality or color depth in C#

I wanted to know how could I change the quality or color depth of an image and save it in PNG. The encoder method seems to work only for jpegs. Thanks in advance.

Well, that's my own question, although I ticked it as answered but that was because it made me partially change my question and I had made a mistake in that one because I thought that C# makes the file larger but it doesn't.
