Use "video/ogg; codecs=theora,vorbis" as your mime type and Firefox will play it back happily.

Incidentally, Minefield (Firefox 3.7a5pre) will happily play that markup. So, if the ogv file is not working, maybe there is a bug in Firefox that you should register with the example file.

Firefox 3.6 and 3.7 didn't play it. The OVG is valid and plays in offline players, so it may be a server issue in my case.
