MOSS 2007 Instal Features now in Spanish

I have an install of MOSS 2007 that had a WSS 3.0 datebase migrated over to it. Everything looks fine except a few fab 40 templates that now display in the feature list in spanish. Example below. I have searched the 12 Hive for the text and come up with nothing. There are no language packs installed on the server.
