Research areas that have best chance to lead to career?

I start graduate school in the fall and I have been a programmer for 2.5 years since obtaining my BSCS. I'm wanting to get into a field that will have the best career oppurtunities when I graduate. The school that I'm going to focuses on:

Computer Forensics and Security
Computer Graphics and Visualization
High Performance Computing
Software Engineering
Artificial Intelligence

I find most of these interesting research areas, but my main goal is to use the research I do in my career.

Any suggestions which of these have the best chance to lead to a career?
