How to get back from encoded byte[] to java.security.Key?

import javax.crypto.SecretKey;
import javax.crypto.KeyGenerator;

public class TestRSA {

    KeyGenerator kgen = KeyGenerator.getInstance("AES");
    kgen.init(128);
