Liquidicity is a PHP plugin you can try, or another option I think is CSS Tidy

Thanks kyle, but the primary function needs to be removing UNUSED css, so probably needs to be some kind of browser plugin?

Aha, there was a tool called CSS Checker that could do exactly that, but the site seems to be down. Hold on I'll get you a link from somewhere else.

If you are a Firefox user, there are some Plugins that do what you want - although they are more likely to suggest what is unused, so you can decide what to remove (as something might be used on Page A, but not Page B)
