there is any pastebin-like php open source system without sql? I want to install it on localhost and dont want to backup sql.
edit: Highlighting as much as possible languages (as pastebin.com).

You could easily write your own using SQLite or similar... Anyway, have you checked Snippely?
It is a AIR app built by the mad4milk guys (mootools, moofx, ...), here is a screen:
Not sure how many languages it supports now though, it's been a long time since I've tried it.
UPDATE: The 1.1 release supports Javascript, Ruby, CSS and PHP.

So limiting language support. I'm working with php, sql, ruby, python, c, c++, c#, bash, html etc. Maybe you are right and I should write something myself.
