Remote session and message passing

I'll appreciate anyone who could help.

1. WMI / Psexec Opens new session every time it's called or Runs new processes on the same session?

2. Is there a way to send messages to a remote process through batch commands ?

3. What's .net syntax for sending messages between processes?
