Are there any books or websites that have examples of protocol exercises, such as sliding window protocols and IP subnetting?

A:

You can check Computer Networks by Andrew S. Tanenbaum. It has lots of exercises (including some with sliding window protocols)

Yes I know that...but I want to read some examples first and then solve tanenbaum's exercises. So, I dont think is good to read the solutions, if you mean that;)

In no way did I mean you should read the solutions before trying to solve them yourself. That being said, I am not sure you will find many sources of "sliding window protocols" exercises. Also, this is all theoretical (read boring) stuff, the guys writing the RFC's don't really care about it, and neither should you.

Ok I understand...i agree it's a bit boring but I have to exercise myself for exams:)
