Eclipse/Subversive: How to switch projects in bulk?

I have a good dozen projects that I need to switch from one branch to another (once in a while). It takes me usually 20 min. to do on every occasion and is error prone.

I'd like to know if there is a way to switch those projects in bulk. Is there a way to create scripts with parameters in Eclipse? The parameter being a section of the svn URL to be replaced.
