Poedit - Exlude directory

is it possible to exlude a directory from the scan path of Poedit?

No. See http://www.poedit.net/trac/search?q=exclude (although, you have much better luck asking such questions on poedit-users mailing list where Poedit users are, instead of on unrelated site...
