Hello!
There is "Android Layout Editor" (also somewhere mentioned as Visual Layout editor) in ADT Plugin for Eclipse. I didn't found any help docs on how to use it. Please help!

Sorry to say that but the best way to use it is not using it at all: design layouts in XML and test them on device.
The Layout Editor often shows incorrect on inaccurate results. For example, instead of a TabWidget it shows a grey rectangle with a nice "NullPointerException" text (a known bug, and this isn't the only one).
