How do I make it save in x-code?

THIS IS USING X-CODE

Okay, so I've put in all of the code in order for a page to be saved in a navigation app. I've also made the table refresh once you enter the main screen, but I don't see the page pop up until the second time I come back.

How can I make it so it comes up the first time I come in?
