starting a development in xhtml-mp

hello i want to develop some application in mobile web i dont know how to start with, which emulator to be used for testing plz suggest me some books and nice emulator for testing .

Thanks for you reply, I need some tool or toolkit to get started with XHTML MP. That page just gives an introduction about all the available protocols.What I am actually looking is development tools on windows platform...Thanks again.
