Now, I am really unsure how doable this is but we want to provide a platform for users to video-conference on our website - the software thus being installed on the webserver as perhaps a plug-in. We DO NOT want our users have to resort to 3rd party software (such as Skype) them selves. It needs to be a professional feel and us get all the credit for providing the software. All we want to require of our users is the hardware (camera and mic) and supported browsers.
I tried a Google search but you get so many results for downloadable software. By the way, we will want to run this on a unix host, so unless this is doable with a Java plug-in, it'll have to be compatible.
