Can you suggest me free resources for java certification preparation?

Do you need to learn Java? If so, check out this online book.

I see this as a study guide; I don't know if it is any good as I bought and used a book from the book store.

Edit: June 11, 2010 @ 4:10 EST: I didn't notice, but the latest version of the book I mentioned, "Thinking in Java", is not completely free as the previous versions were (only a select number of chapters are). I bought the last two versions: they're pretty good.
